While I was growing up in rural Nebraska, God developed a passion within me for sharing God's word with others and helping others to do the same. I felt the call to pastoral ministry shortly after giving my heart to Jesus. It was when I saw how God was working within my life and as I grew in my relationship with Him, that He developed a passion within in me for pastoral ministry. After finishing my college education I had the privileging of teaching Bible and music in Macau, China for two years and then serving 5 small churches in rural upstate New York for six years. These were adventure filled years of which the best adventure was meeting and marrying my beautiful wife in upstate NY. God is good and I am excited as he has led us back to my home state to serve and be a blessing to others.
